Bought a permanent anklet for my friend as a surprise for her birthday. I went into store a few days before as I wasn’t sure she would want it and the staff were so so helpful in showing me how to book and confirming that it will be fine if the appointment changes slightly after I book it.
The staff showed us all the available chains and explained the personalised charms, how long everything will take and what the process was. They helped my friend with any concerns and within 30 minutes the whole process was complete.
Just so attentive, kind and genuinely brilliant service. Highly highly recommend!
